Impact of Restructuring on Working Conditions – Special Case of Those Remaining in an Organisation

Following up our Productivity Memorandum which stresses the importance of employment and work organisation issues for productivity development we recommend to our readers to take note of a new Eurofound publication about company level restructuring.

While much research in this area primarily concentrates on the implications for those that lose their jobs, the latest report on restructuring from Eurofound, the Dublin based European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, focuses on the impacts for those that remain in an organisation.
